The Global Waves is a Christian-based NGO dedicated to supporting young people along their life’s journey to succeed and become responsible members of society. We are committed to nurturing interest in dentistry and supporting dental students through their education and navigation of a career in dentistry. We partner with young minds and stakeholders in communities to create sustainable change and the transformation that is needed.

The Global Waves team has at the core of its mission the goal to empower young minds to believe in themselves, tap into the resources available to them, and become an all-round success in life.
My background in dentistry makes me particularly passionate about mentoring the next generation of dentist who feel supported throughout their training, are full of empathy and have the communities they serve in mind in the practice of their profession. Together with my team, we hope to provide early mentorship to young people who are exploring dentistry as a career option, mentorship and support to current dental students and to give back to communities through dental education to help increase awareness of preventive oral health conditions.
In a collaborative effort with our sponsors, we hope to provide avenues for sustainable community transformation in partnership with the youth and stakeholders in various communities. We hope to contribute to culturing a generation of deep thinkers, responsible members of society and outstanding leaders through these avenues.
